The core strength of CalPac is in its most important asset, its personnel at all levels. It is a fundamental philosophy of CalPac that personnel training be a continuous process. The skills at all levels of the organization must meet the demands of the dynamic nature of the communications industry. Because of these demands, CalPac places a high priority on training.
CalPac also realizes that diversification is an important factor for sustain long-term growth. With this in mind, CalPac has developed a team with expertise in various facets within the communications field. CalPac has expertise in fiber optics applications, LAN data and voice applications for both inside & outside plant facilities, video communications and wireless systems such as, radio, cellular and microwave (point-to-point) systems, SCADA applications and emergency alarm systems. As it stands, CalPac has the expertise in-house to augment major communications service providers and project contractors for the private and military sectors.
CalPac, at the upper management level has over 100 combine years of experience in the communication field, with experience in design, engineering, technical, operation, administrative, product knowledge and civil work applications.
On the Technical side of our business, our personnel have the opportunity to upgrade their skills in the use of communication test equipment, product knowledge and product handling associated with Fiber Optic, LAN Data and Video requirements of our customers. While on the Civil side of our business, a majority of our expertise has been through in-house training of personnel by our diversified management team and familiarizing our personnel with the Military EM 385-1-1 US Army Corps of Engineers, Safety and Health Requirements Manual and adherence to OSHA requirements.
